Come hear from the candidates for Trinidad City Council — six candidates for three slots — on Monday, October 22, from 5:30-7 p.m. at Trinidad Town Hall. Candidates are incumbents Jim Baker, Dwight Miller and Susan Rotwein (who was appointed to her seat); and challengers Tom Davies, Brett Gregory and Mike Morgan.

Come out and ask the candidates about their positions on the challenges facing Trinidad, including the Rancheria’s casino-hotel plan, Trinidad’s water capabilities, law enforcement, traffic and parking issues, and other local concerns.

This also will be the last day to register to vote in the Nov. 6 election.

The evening will be moderated by the League of Women Voters, and is co-hosted by the Greater Trinidad Chamber of Commerce and the Trinidad Civic Club. Light refreshments will be served.
